Park pins

A park pin is licensed enamel meant for a shop board or a staff lanyard. The usual test is a metal pin with a copyright mark stamped in the back. Plastic, rubber, and PVC stay off that board. Personalized name pins stay off. This family has no separate Shop aisle: the rows live in trading.
Booth etiquette
Parks publish trading rules at the booth. Trade one pin at a time. Do not touch a staffer's lanyard or another guest's pins. Ask them to turn the face toward you. Pins should be undamaged with the backing on. Guests may trade a maximum of two pins per staffer or trading board, per day. Money, gifts, vouchers, and receipts are not a trade.
Offer a pin that is not already on that lanyard or board. Brooch clasps are out. Costume pins and service-award pins stay on the costume. Staff may decline a trade. If the face you want is not on that lanyard, thank them and move. Another shop, another hour.
Buy before the week
Park booths post their own price. Amazon listings change without notice. The useful move is to buy the licensed enamel you want before the trip, then trade extras at the park instead of paying the board for the first pin of the week.
